1. Transaction Cancellation

  • Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Users must verify details before confirming any transaction.

2. Failed Transactions

If the amount is debited but the transaction fails:

  • The refund will be automatically processed by the bank/payment provider.

  • Refund timelines may vary (typically 5–7 working days).

3. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate transactions:

  • Contact customer support with transaction details.

  • After verification, the excess amount will be refunded.

4. Service Charges

Convenience fees, gateway charges, or service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
